Allergic reaction to product?

In the result of an allergic or skin reaction, we are not responsible or liable. We recommend testing a small amount of a product on your skin before using.
If you are allergic to any of our ingredients (for example a lot of our products use sweet almond oil), feel free to contact us and we’d be happy to work with you to use alternative ingredients.

Wholesale availability

We can wholesale any of our products and we have a few other options that are not listed. We’d be happy to give you a quote or provide our line sheet - please contact us by using the contact form or email us at pureblissbathco@gmail.com.

Returns and exchanges

Since our items are all bath and body products that are rendered unsellable once shipped, we typically don’t accept returns or exchanges.
However, if you have any issues at all, please contact us and we will do our absolute best to rectify the situation, whether it be a replacement, refund, etc.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We have multiple gift boxes available, but we also have a gift box add on if you prefer customizing your own gift box!

Can I do local pick up in St. Louis, MO (Fenton)?

Absolutely! You can select pick up in Fenton at check out. You will be emailed whenever your order is ready with the pick up address.

Essential oils or fragrance oils?

We use both essential oils and phthalate free fragrance oils in our products! We try to use only kid safe essential oils in our products that use them (bath salts, bug off lotion bar, shower steamers), but we recommend asking your doctor before using products with essential oils if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you have any questions, please feel free to message us!

My bath bombs have brown spots?

This is completely normal! It means that there is some vanilla content in the fragrance oil that was used and sometimes it causes brown spots. It can be accelerated by being subjected to sunlight, so it’s best to keep your bath bombs in a dark place like a cabinet or closet.

Where’s your body butter, I don’t see it listed?

Our body butter is a bestseller and has some amazing ingredients including grade a unrefined shea butter, mango butter, golden jojoba oil, and vitamin e oil.
Unfortunately, we don’t ship it during the warmer months because it melts easily. We are happy to do local pick up in St. Louis! Otherwise, we recommend trying our body cream, which has many of the same ingredients but won't melt in the heat.
