Lavender & Chamomile Bath Soak

This aromatherapy bath soak detoxifies, provided stress relief, and soothes sore muscles.

These are made with Epsom salt, Himalayan sea salt, essential oils, and dried lavender and chamomile flowers. The flowers are organic and safe to use. An organza bag is provided with each soak to add the bath salts to, so the flowers will remain in the bag and will not clog your drain. Just dispose of them when you’re done with your bath!

The test tubes are 2.8 oz and are perfect for 1-2 uses. The 12 oz bottles are enough for about 4 baths.

Directions:
Take the test tube and pour the desired amount or all of the bath salts into the organza bag and cinch it. Then place it in the warm bath! For the bottle, do the same but just add your desired amount, or about 1/4 the bottle. Dispose of flowers afterwards.
